Refund Policy
Motse River Lodge aims to provide transparent and fair booking, cancellation, and refund procedures for all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel reservations free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show bookings, will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method used during booking.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain taxes, service charges, transaction fees, or promotional booking amounts may be non-refundable depending on the booking terms.
Late Check-Out & Penalties
Late check-out may be available subject to room availability and may incur an additional fee of R200.
Smoking inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee of R200 may be charged for violations of the smoking policy.
